The access road is off of County Road 245, which is maintained year round by the county. There is a large parking/turnaround area for trucks and trailers plus corrals for horses. For your convenience, there is a stylish outhouse down by the corrals and wood storage building up by the cabin.
There are two living quarters in the cabin. The main level has 952 sq. ft. plus a loft that is approximately 350 sq. ft. The loft area is a bedroom with a ½ bath. On the main level there is a kitchen/dining area, cozy living room with wood stove, 2 bedrooms and ¾ baths. The walk-out, lower level has a kitchen/dining area, living room with propane stove, 1 bedroom, and a full bath. Both kitchens are fully equipped with appliances.
The property has been used commercially for short term rentals during hunting season, recreational getaways, and parties. Presently, it will sleep 14 people, however, the property offers endless possibilities as a year-round residence, a residence with lower level short term rental, dude ranch, hunting lodge, corporate retreat, just to name a few.
